    I recently ordered from a Chinese restaurant and was impressed with their menu offerings. The chicken lemon was a standout dish - the juicy chicken was perfectly complemented by the tart and tangy lemon sauce.     Ordered over the phone, advised cost and time to collect.Went to collect at given time; Tang denied the order! Showed them their confirmation text and said they still denied it.Had the audacity to ask what they should do if they found the order...Went elsewhere for food.Zero customer service and zero accountability.Last time ordering with them!Food good if you can get it!Lost these customers for good!

    Ordered at pm - it’s now :pm still not received order - phone them goes straight to voice mail. First and last time ordering from them.We only ordered dishesUpdated:Finally received the food at :pm - the food was absolutely amazing quality! Tasted amazing! Manager has provided compensation and dealt with very efficiently! Highly recommend! Just need to get the delivery side corrected and this would be the best Chinese around.

    I've tried all Chinese takeaways in and around Lincoln over the last years, with the newcomers included. For pure taste and reasonable portions, Tang has to top all of them. I've had the same dishes, varying in taste and style across all takeaways. Tang is the one, I'm unsure where people have had a bad experience as I live quite far from them, never had a late or cold meal. Customer service is always on par.Highly recommended, every time.
